My Philosophy

We all want to feel and be well, yet there is a different path forward for each of us. I cultivate joy and balance through yoga, tai chi & qigong, meditation, and reiki energy.  Sometimes I call upon just one of these modalities for support, and, at other times, I blend them together.  I would love to share my practices with you!
